The Whistler Adventure School (WAS) is a PTIB Accredited Post-Secondary Learning Institution located in beautiful Whistler, BC, Canada - approximately 1.5 hours north of Vancouver. To see how WAS is different, please read below...

WAS offers a variety of 6 month and 1 year study and work programs (or GAP programs) for students 18+ with an English level of IELTS 4+ who are looking for something different!

Due to our beautiful location and the wide variety of outdoor pursuits available here in Whistler, the main concept that brings our students here is a love of nature and the outdoors, and a curiosity to learn, work and play. Students studying for 6 months or 1 year are eligible for a Study Permit with Work Allowance.
